Job Description Senior Specialist Cloud Engineering
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Cloud Infrastructure Services to design implement and manage enterprisescale cloud infrastructure solutions across multicloud environments Azure AWS hybrid The role involves driving cloud transformation initiatives ensuring high availability security and operational excellence while enabling automation and cost optimization
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Design Implementation
Design and implement scalable secure and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions across AzureAWS
Architect and deploy IaaS PaaS and SaaS services aligned with enterprise standards
Define reference architecture landing zones and governance frameworks
Networking Security
Design and manage cloud networking components VNetVPC subnets NSGs load balancers application gateways
Implement identity and access management IAM RBAC and security controls
Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks eg ISO PCI cloud security best practices
Automation DevOps
Implement Infrastructure as Code IaC using tools like Terraform ARMBicep or CloudFormation
Build and manage CICD pipelines for infrastructure and platform automation
Operations Support
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments using cloudnative and thirdparty tools
Provide L2L3 support for critical production issues and outages
Implement disaster recovery backup and business continuity strategies
Cloud Migration Modernization
Lead migration of onpremises applications to cloud platforms
Perform workload assessments and recommend modernization strategies
Cost Optimization FinOps
Monitor and optimize cloud costs using FinOps practices
Implement cost governance models and resource optimization strategies
Containerization Platform Engineering
Design and manage container platforms AKSEKS
Support Kubernetes cluster operations scaling and upgrades
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with application teams architects and business stakeholders
Provide technical leadership mentorship and best practice guidance
Required Skills Experience
Core Skills
Strong experience in cloud platforms Azure preferred AWSGCP optional
Expertise in networking TCPIP DNS Load Balancing VPN ExpressRouteDirect Connect
Handson experience in TerraformIaC automation
Strong knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks
Experience with Kubernetes AKSEKS and container platforms
DevOps Tools

Experience Qualifications
812 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure IT Services
Proven experience in cloud migration operations and automation
Relevant certifications preferred
oAzure Administrator Architect
oAWS Solutions Architect
Soft Skills
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead technical discussions and design workshops
Experience working in enterprise and regulated environments
Nice to Have
Experience in Azure Landing Zone enterprisescale design
Exposure to FinOps frameworks
Experience in multicloud or hybrid cloud environments AVS GCVE
