Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management
Manage endtoend project lifecycle initiation planning execution monitoring closure
Define project scope schedule budget and deliverables
Track project progress milestones and ensure ontime delivery
Identify analyze and mitigate project risks and issues
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives
Monitor resource utilization and manage project budgets
Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports
Manage change requests and ensure proper change control
Ensure quality standards and compliance with project governance
Drive stakeholder communication and expectation management
Handle vendor coordination and external dependencies
Support AgileScrum practices standups sprint planning retrospectives
Prepare dashboards MIS reports and executivelevel updates
Continuously improve project processes and delivery efficiency
