Job Description

This role is responsible for front-end and back-end testing in Life Insurance DMS applications with strong focus on Agent Compensation, KPI and Persistency validation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile Testing, including test case design, in-sprint testing, API testing, and end-to-end business validation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES – Senior QA· Should have 3+ years of experience in QA with exposure to Insurance & DMS domain· Strong understanding of DMS Commission Management:Basic Commission Basic Override Commission Variable CommissionVariable Override Commission Clawback Commission Clawback Override Commission· Experience in validating: KPI calculation based on Premium Collection Agent Persistency· Good understanding of: End-to-End flow (Agent ? Policy ? Commission ? KPI)· Should have knowledge of Agile Testing· Perform: Exploratory Testing, In-Sprint Testing, API Testing, E2E Testing· Must have knowledge on: Database Testing, Rules Testing, SQL Queries· Experience in: Test case design, execution, and maintenance· Responsible for: Defect reporting, tracking & defect ageing SLA follow-ups· Should independently manage assigned tasks and client expectations
