• Proper implementation all operational and other location specific SOPs with zero tolerance and with a target of nil service complaint by the customers
• Daily review the quality control documentation and other operational document

• Ensure all statutory requirements (PESO, Pollution Control, Factory Act, Minimum Wages & Labour Acts etc.) are complied with and the renewal of all required licenses is done within the due date
• Act as the lead auditee, during the audits/ inspections of the facility during visits of DGCA, any other statutory body or airlines/customer/supplier
• Take appropriate corrective and preventive action with respect to discrepancies communicated during any audit
• Daily coordination with all suppliers to ensure that product level and other laid down norms are maintained.
• Be in touch with airport operator for any issue and also to maintain a liaison with airlines for maintaining service quality and sorting out any possible issue
• To handle all day to day issues in regard with contractors and suppliers
• To ensure that all service/supply related contracts are duly renewed in timeTo ensure that a robust SMS (Safety Management System) is in place at the location. To ensure that and HSSE related SOPs are properly documented, circulated and implemented at the location.
• To ensure that all HSSE related requirement in line with OISD, PESO etc are duly implemented at the location.
• Ensuring 100% compliance of all applicable statutory requirement
• Ensure adequacy of trained manpower for each operation, considering current scale of operations and future growth 
• Planning and ensuring adequate capacity of all static equipment and number of mobile equipment considering the current scale of operations and future growth 

• raduate Engineer.
• Minimum experience in the Oil Industry should be 8 years out of which at least 3 years should be in the field of Aviation Fuel handling (direct handling of operations and QC). Experience of independently handling a Jet Fuel facility is desirable
