• Global competitions mapping and analysing for Techinology content by segment and platform
• Categorization of Global competition technologies in terms customer value parameters
• Continuous insight to evaluate change in customer needs by geography, segment and application
• Mapping of tractor and farm machinery utilization by segment and application
• Corelating tractor and farm machinery utilization to improve customer life through technologies with frugal approach
• Planning of technologies based on Customer value proposition with details of segment positioning and ROI
• Prioritization of technologies based on Customer value proposition, Segment positioning and ROI
• Technology Roadmap preparation by Brand/Platform
• Alignment of Technology Roadmap with all respective stakeholders
• Collaborating with Farm Machinery for aligning with Tractor Technology and trigger for technology adoption plan for Farm Machinery

• Execution –

• Execution of Technology Roadmap by Brand/Platform
• Developing review mechanism for execution
• Ensuring Time, Cost and Customer value delivery as planned
• Aligning with Sales and Marketing Go to Market plan
• Establishing Technology in market after launch

Education Qualification

10-15 yrs experience.
