About the role:

• Lead the execution of all VM initiatives, campaign changeovers, and seasonal installations in line with brand guidelines and the VM calendar.
• Maintain high standards of brand environment across all doors in the region.
• Drive consistent and creative execution of window and in-store displays.
• Oversee VM deliverables for new store openings end-to-end.
• Ensure VM processes are followed and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and execution.
• Manage and develop a team of VM custodians and the Main Street Format (MSF) VM team.
• Partner with franchisees and external teams to drive consistent brand delivery.
• Ensure effective team training, coaching, and upskilling in VM practices.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to stores outside Bengaluru to support execution and alignment.

• About you:
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Apparel & Lifestyle Retail Visual Merchandising.
  • At least 3–4 years in a city or area lead VM role.
  • Proven experience leading a team of 3–4 direct reports and managing indirect franchise VM teams.
  • Strong execution mindset with hands-on retail VM experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong training capabilities and a passion for developing talent.
  • Multi-tasker with a solution-oriented, proactive approach.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible to relocate based on business needs.
