Sr. Manager - Bulk Procurement

Job Purpose:

To source material as per approved specifications within approved budget and as per project requirements to control overall Cost of Construction. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Strategic sourcing and cost-effective procurement for PAN India requirements of Bulk Materials like Cement, RMC, TMT, Aluminum Formwork, Tiles / Marble / Stone, AAC Blocks, Gypsum etc.
   2. Establish long-term partnerships with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and collaboration.
   3. Conducting market intelligence, supplier evaluation and managing supplier relationships.
   4. Capturing and analyzing market price trends and preparing MIS Reports for the same.
   5. Publish monthly report on price trends for commodity linked materials to strategize the decision making of price hedging.
   6. Market mapping of Suppliers across country with different developers.
   7. Coordination with Project Team to consolidate demand and forecast future requirements and work on collaboration for PAN India requirements. Working on advanced procurement schedules as well as long term / annual rate contracts.
   8. Cost Comparison Statements, Rate Negotiation with reference to Budget along with Techno Commercial Terms.
   9. Regular follow up with Suppliers for on time delivery of critical material.
   10. Process Improvement / automation to make procurement processes agile and seamless.
   11. Development of alternate products and technology without compromising on quality parameters. (Alternative sources & materials to save the cost)
   12. Preparing of MIS reports for Senior Management.

Education Qualification & Experience:

1. B.E. Civil
2. 10 to 12 years of relevant experience
