Sr Software Engineer (UI/UX Designer)

What's the role?

• Highly skilled in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Strong proficiency in responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, and scalable component-based architectures.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems, reusable UI components, style guides, and component libraries.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.Knowledge and experience with AWS (or similar cloud technology - AWS preffered)
• Experience with version control (Git/GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms for frontend deployment and AI service integration is preferred.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, security best practices, and web application scalability.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and Backend Engineers in cross-functional teams.
• Must have basic Python and SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience in Quality management, End-to-End quality test strategy and Six Sigma will be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Data Science
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend application development.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong experience designing modern, responsive, user-centric web applications with excellent usability and accessibility.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered user interfaces, including AI chat interfaces, intelligent dashboards, AI copilots, workflow automation, recommendation systems, and conversational experiences.
• Experience using AI-assisted design and development tools such as Figma AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, v0 by Vercel, Bolt.new, Lovable, Uizard, Galileo AI, or similar tools to accelerate UI design, prototyping, coding, and testing
