Title: GIT - Senior Specialist (Full Stack Development)

 

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

• Architect, build, and optimize high-performance full-stack applications using Python, ReactJs, and GCP. As a senior individual contributor, you will deliver pixel-perfect, accessible digital products, engineer robust asynchronous backends, and integrate modern AI orchestration frameworks. This role requires an analytical mindset to build deeply observable systems and collaborate effectively with global business partners.

 

Responsibilities :

• Frontend & UX: Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UIs using ReactJs, ensuring real-time WebSockets communication and strict WCAG compliance.

• Backend Architecture: Build distributed, asynchronous systems using SOLID principles across Python and Node.js, leveraging Celery and Redis.

• GCP Infrastructure: Deploy workloads via Cloud Run/GKE/Cloud SQL, managing IAM, Service Accounts, and Secret Manager.

• Observability: Architect system telemetry and track performance using Sentry, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Cloud Trace.

• AI & Analytics: Implement Prompt Engineering, integrate AI orchestration (Langgraph / Langfuse), and track user data via Google Analytics.

• Agile Execution: Own feature delivery from concept to production using Git and Jira for seamless version and project control.

• Database - Strong proficiency over SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake queries & optimization strategies

Required  Qualifications :

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.

• Experience: 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience specializing in Python, ReactJs, and Node.js.

• Core Technical Stack: Proven production experience with Figma-to-code workflows, WebSockets, relational/non-relational databases, and asynchronous microservices.

• Cloud & Monitoring: Hands-on experience managing core GCP infrastructure and configuring application telemetry via Sentry and GCP Monitoring tools.

• Workflow: Strong proficiency with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira-driven Agile environments.

• Database - PostgreSQL, Snowflake & Graph DB 

 

Preferred Qualifications :

• AI Ecosystem: Experience with Langfuse, Langgraph, and specialized Google SDKs (e.g., Google Ads SDK / Agent Development Kit).

• Infrastructure as Code: Practical working knowledge of Terraform for automated cloud provisioning.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, excellent decision-making skills, and the communication clarity required to act as a global technical subject matter expert.
