You will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

As a SSPS Proposal Specialist - Services, you will be responsible for:

• Developing complex proposals, tenders, cost models and contracts for the Subsea Production Systems Services & Wellhead business, assist negotiation with customers, and ensures technical and contractual requirements are met.

• Driving combative pricing, compiling, and submitting required tender documentation.

• Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring client advice.

• Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.

• Working on basis of predefined contracts price frameworks, but also negotiate new contracts and agreements.

• Handling diverse clients within S&SPS space.

• Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales as well with management to get all approvals in place.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least 5 years’ experience in Commercial/ Tenders/ Proposals

• Have Bachelors in Engineering and relevant technical field

• Have sound oral and written communication skills, in English

• Be a subject matter expert in Excel and overall digital platforms such as DealMachine (Salesforce) or Cleopatra

• Be detailed-oriented and have experience in analysing, translating, and completing complex bids/proposals
