What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Fulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled. Plan the inventory or capacity that will be used to fulfill customer orders and determine transportation or delivery of the product through the supply chain.
What are we looking for? • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability, minimizing stockouts while avoiding overstock situations. • Replenishment Planning: Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, forecasts, and inventory performance. • Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times, and delivery schedules. Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth operations. • Order Management: Place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, stock levels, and supplier performance to make informed decisions on replenishment strategies. • Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with the demand planning team to review and adjust forecasts based on market trends and seasonality. • Cost Optimization: Ensure purchasing processes align with budget targets, optimizing costs without compromising on product quality or availability. • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, or inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline processes • Order Management: Place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, stock levels, and supplier performance to make informed decisions on replenishment strategies. • Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with the demand planning team to review and adjust forecasts based on market trends and seasonality. • Cost Optimization: Ensure purchasing processes align with budget targets, optimizing costs without compromising on product quality or availability. • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, or inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment on product availability. • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in the replenishment process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
