How will You Contribute:

• Execute S&OP and S&OE to develop Least Cost Production Plans to meet demand, Considering factors like Production capacity, Lead times & Inventory Levels.
• Ensure right service levels through Range & Inventory sufficiency and avoid NR loss.
• Monitor & optimise Inventory levels to ensure adequate stocks at minimum working capital.
• Minimise RM/PM/FG write-off through systematics Operational/Tactical/Strategic Interventions and support Margins.
• Support as key stakeholder in all NPD launches from inception to delivery working with Cross Functional Teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics,RDQ etc)
• Analyse data to identify trends, Risks & Opportunities
• Address Supply Chain Disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Implement O9 Supply Planning module and ensure system readiness to execute the same.
• Minimise pallet hiring for season planning – June to Aug, Sep to November months & ensure minimal leftover for seasonal SKUs

What will you Bring:

Candidate is expected to be well versed & skilled in following :

• Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
• Inventory/Norm Optimisation (IO)
• Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) [Short Term/Long Term]
• Non-performing Inventory Mgmt. (NPI)
• Distribution Planning (DRP)
• Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling [PPDS]
• Moderate/Advanced understanding of Factory Operations
• Advanced Excel / VBA

Education / Certifications: MBA Experience will be required

Job specific requirements: Supply planning experience is a must
