MIS Analyst - Credit Card Direct Channels

Team Member-MIS-CREDIT CARD-Direct Channels

1. Data Management & Reporting:

Develop and maintain robust MIS (Management Information System) for credit card products.

Generate and automate regular reports and dashboards using SAS, SQL, and Excel.

Ensure timely delivery of accurate MIS reports to stakeholders and senior management.



2. Business Insights & Analytics:

Conduct deep-dive analysis on credit card portfolios.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend patterns.

Support product teams in campaign performance tracking.



3. Data Integrity & Quality:

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.

Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies and system issues.



4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers and marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Present insights and findings in a clear, concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.



5. Process Improvement:

Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

Stay updated on best practices and emerging tools in data analytics and reporting.




Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in SAS, SQL and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas).

Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard creation.


Industry Knowledge:

3–4 years of hands-on experience in SQL & advance excel.



Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.


Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate
Knowledge of SQL., SAS, Power BI.
