Team Member - Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
Quality Inspections and Ensure SOP adherence:
Conduct regular inspections and ensuring complete adherence to SOPs.
Execute assigned tasks with a high degree of precision and accuracy, ensuring that each task is completed to the highest standard and contributes positively to the overall quality objectives of the project.
Data Collection and Reporting::
Conduct thorough inspections to assess and document the quality levels of materials, processes, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards by meticulously recording findings and implementing necessary corrective actions to address any identified issues, thereby maintaining the integrity of the project.
Budget Tracking:
Support in maintaining budgetary records for QA/QC activities and ensure accurate reporting of resource utilization. Highlight any variances to the Lead or Head for corrective actions.
Documentation and Record Maintenance:
Ensure all quality-related documents, inspection reports, and testing records are accurately filed and maintained.
Assist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders as required.
Problem Resolution:
Communicat effectively with team members to identify and solve quality-related problems.
Follow established QA/QC procedures and assist the team in ensuring compliance with project-specific quality control plans.
Follow up on issues to ensure resolution, facilitating a collaborative environment where team members can work together to address challenges and improve overall quality, thereby enhancing team cohesion and project outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all quality assurance activities comply with established standards and regulations.
Maintain a high level of compliance and quality throughout all processes by regularly reviewing procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to uphold the highest quality standards.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Work Experience:
3-5 years in experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field, preferably in construction projects.
