Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals with client expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong understanding of SAP Concur modules and their application in business processes.
- Experience in analyzing client requirements and designing tailored SAP Concur solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP Concur implementations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Concur.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
