Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.
Must have skills : SAP HANA Technical Architecture
Good to have skills : Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration
Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
In the role of Technology Account Lead, a typical day involves serving as the main point of contact for all technology-related activities within assigned accounts. This includes coordinating various technology contracts and engagements to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client needs. The role requires actively identifying opportunities to broaden the scope of technology services offered, fostering collaboration among diverse teams, and developing comprehensive account plans. Engaging with stakeholders to involve the appropriate experts and resources is essential to maximize business potential and strengthen client relationships over time.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives to align with client objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture, Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles related to SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable, effective solutions.
- Experience in managing technology account plans and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise middleware platforms to support diverse client needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
