Technology Analyst

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Study and evaluate latest technological innovation in the data business domain, prepare case study and explore integration into business.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive digitalization and technology innovation projects within AdaniConnex.

This includes gathering information from stakeholders & users

Conceptualize and prepare requirement document, business justification and workflow

Coordinate with developers, vendors and users to operationalize the project and continuous improvement.

Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics across cooling, power, and IT systems.
Develop dashboards and reports for real-time and historical data insights.
Incident Analysis & Troubleshooting:
Investigate anomalies and assist in root cause analysis of infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical problems.
Capacity & Efficiency Planning:
Support capacity forecasting and resource utilization analysis.
Identify opportunities for optimization in energy usage and space planning.
Data Management & Automation:
Maintain accurate records of infrastructure assets and configurations.
Develop scripts or tools to automate data collection and reporting processes.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to operational standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain documentation for audits, change management, and SOPs.
Digitalization Projects:
Support the implementation of digital tools and platforms for infrastructure monitoring and management.
Participate in automation, AI/ML integration, and digital twin initiatives.
Collaborate on projects involving smart sensors, predictive analytics, and cloud-based DCIM systems.

Qualifications

B Tech with MBA preferred

5-7 years of experience in Digitalization / transformation projects

Should have 2-3 years of experience as business / technical analyst in previous job 

YoE: 12-16 years

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
•3–5 years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure analytics, or technical support.
•Familiarity with DCIM tools, BMS systems, and ITSM platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
Understanding of data center infrastructure (cooling, power, racks, cabling).

Certifications (Preferred):
•CDCP / CDCS – Certified Data Centre Professional / Specialist
•ITIL Foundation – for process and incident management
•AWS / Azure / GCP Fundamentals – for hybrid/cloud data center environments
•CompTIA Server+ or Network+ – for infrastructure fundamentals
