As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward and ensuring that best practices are followed, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices.
- Experience with system integration and data migration within Oracle HCM.
- Ability to analyze and interpret compensation data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to compensation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
