Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle concepts related to testing.
- Capability to work with version control systems and collaborate effectively within agile teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
