Key Requirements: Strong experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Proven experience in removing blockers and ensuring smooth team progress Good stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in backlog grooming and working closely with Product Owners / EM / PMO Strong focus on team productivity, delivery timelines, and continuous improvement Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, CICD. Preferred: Scrum certification ( PSM ) Experience in handling distributed teams.Job role
