As an Associate providing Senior Business Testing Analysis within the CPCS Securities Services team, you deliver accurate testing estimates and execute end-to-end test scenarios. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements and support the rollout of automated testing solutions. You play a key role in optimizing efficiency and supporting global change initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate testing estimates during daily scrum calls.
  • Document and execute test scenarios using Business Driven Development.
  • Utilize test automation tools for efficient end-to-end test execution.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Identify and share opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes.
  • Syndicate process improvements with team members for validation.
  • Monitor and report testing defects, managing the re-testing process.
  • Deputize for the Test Manager in project calls and communications as needed.
  • Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.
  • Adapt to evolving methodologies and organizational changes.
  • Communicate updates clearly to team members, leads, and clients.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrate relevant functional and regression testing experience in Financial Services.
  • Apply expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and adapt to evolving practices.
  • Define requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts effectively.
  • Solve problems, structure complex issues, and provide timely remediation.
  • Communicate clearly and provide updates to teams, leads, and clients.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams to meet stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Leverage project or Agile methodology certification.
  • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, or Xceptor.
  • Operate effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
  • Influence outcomes through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Support and adapt to change management initiatives.
