Third Party Product Officer - Product and Governance

TPP Officer - Product & Governance| Mumbai

1. The TPP Officer – Product & Governance will be responsible for strengthening partner process governance, product-level compliance readiness, and zonal monitoring across Life and General Insurance businesses. 
2. The role will focus on governance, issue tracking, commercial checks, branding income oversight, and technology/API readiness, while acting as a key interface between Head Office, Zones, Partners, and Technology teams.
   

1. The TPP Officer – Product & Governance ensures strong partner process governance across Life and General Insurance, driving compliance-readiness for products and journeys in line with RBI and IRDAI norms. 
2. The role manages commercial and branding income governance, conducts reconciliation checks, and mitigates conduct risks. 
3. It tracks and monitors issues raised by Compliance, Internal/External Audit, and Regulators, identifying systemic trends and coordinating closures. 
4. The role partners with IT to ensure compliant system/API design, supports UAT, and enables regulatory-driven controls. 
5. It acts as the governance link between HO and Zones, supporting compliance interpretation, monitoring zonal conduct risks, and flagging early warnings

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
10 -12 years of experience in Bancassurance / Insurance / Third Party Products.
