Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and support business stakeholders with data-driven insights and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful visualizations and actionable recommendations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements. 

• Translate business needs into technical specifications using best practices in data visualization and user experience. 

• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and other databases. 

• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. 

• Develop and maintain data models, DAX measures, KPIs, and Row-Level Security (RLS) within Power BI. 

• Perform data validation, data quality checks, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of BI solutions. 

• Schedule, monitor, and manage Power BI dataset refreshes and workspace administration. 

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting purposes. 

• Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance metrics to support decision-making. 

• Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data models, and business logic. 

• Provide user training and support for reporting solutions and self-service analytics. 

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI, SQL, and data analytics industry trends and best practices. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 4–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, data modeling, and RLS implementation. 

• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization. 

• Experience working with multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based databases. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. 

• Knowledge of ETL concepts and data transformation processes. 

• Experience in creating business reports, KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear analytical solutions. 

• Experience with Power BI Service, workspace management, and report deployment. 

• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices. 

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
