| Actionable |
| Consistency in delivering the Retail & Housing loan disbursement within TAT and ensuring other post disbursement activities . |
| Monitoring the team activity and ensuring smooth process of business activities including BCP planning |
| No operational errors on disbursement and account opening process |
| Providing training to branches and reducing the FTNR |
| Maintaining good rapport with business and other stake holders and ensuring nil escalation |
| Process re-engineering and Projects |
| Nil attrition |
| Working as a good mentor and coach, creating successor |
| Ensure nil Operational Loss and cost saving |
