- Proven hands-on experience in configuring and administering Jira projects, including workflows, schemes, issue types, and permissions.
- Strong practical expertise in Jira Automation, with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex automation rules in production environments.
- Advanced hands-on experience in writing and optimizing JQL queries for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage Jira configurations, resolve issues, and continuously improve processes with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Jira workflows and automation solutions.
