We’re on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings visual storytelling to life through bold ideas, clean execution, and a love for modern design. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of media and graphics development—designing digital experiences that elevate learning, engage audiences, and align with brand and business goals. You’re not just creating visuals—you’re shaping how people see, learn, and connect. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Determine the most effective way to deliver learning content through media like classroom training, computer-based training, simulations, audio/video conferencing. Adapt content, resources or instructional plans as per needs of medium of delivery.
What are we looking for? • Education: o Bachelor s or master’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Experience: o 5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or digital environment. o A strong portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design projects, creative versatility, and attention to detail. • Lead with Design: Own the end-to-end creation of compelling graphics and media assets across formats—presentations, eLearning, UI elements, videos, and more. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Instructional Design, Tech, and Media Leads to align visuals with learning goals and user experience needs. • Bring Ideas to Life: Actively participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, innovative design concepts. • Manage Projects Independently: Take full ownership of incoming design requests, from brief to delivery, balancing creativity with deadlines. • Elevate Visual Quality: Apply best practices in typography, layout, color, and composition to produce polished, professional designs. • Stay Ahead: Keep up with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques—including Generative AI—to bring modern thinking to every project.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Technical Skills: o Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). o Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus. o Experience with motion graphics, UX/UI design, and web design principles is highly desirable. • Creative Excellence: o Deep understanding of core design principles, visual hierarchy, and storytelling. o Ability to conceptualize original ideas and transform abstract briefs into stunning visuals. o Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to confidently present ideas and receive feedback. o Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. o Open to learning and adapting to new tools, styles, and design trends. • Work with a diverse, creative, and collaborative team that values great design and big ideas. • Contribute to global projects that blend visual design, learning, and technology. • Stay on the cutting edge of design with opportunities to experiment with the latest tools and platforms. • Grow your skills and career in a supportive, innovation-driven environment.
