Zonal Manager

Infrastructure Management & Maintenance :

-Oversee and coordinate all administrative and infrastructure-related works across the region, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

-Monitor adherence to administrative processes and procedures within branches, identifying and rectifying deviations.

-Manage and coordinate repair, renovation, and hygiene improvement projects for branches, particularly identifying and supporting vintage locations.

-Ensure efficient vendor performance by cross-checking work quality and assigning vendors where local options are unavailable.

Asset & Site Management :

-Facilitate the allocation of assets from merged branches and ensure proper documentation and tracking of all branch assets.

-Coordinate the installation and maintenance of signage and visibility elements, ensuring effective brand presence and timely resolution of related issues.

-Manage merger and shifting processes, including asset consolidation, site identification, and lease documentation for new or relocated premises.

-Oversee the execution of new site proposals, including rent and security deposit negotiation and final documentation for committee approval.

Compliance & Cost Optimization :

- Ensure timely renewal of all statutory requirements, including licenses, lease deeds, and weighing machine certifications across the region.

- Implement and monitor cost control measures, including obtaining multiple quotes for repairs, tracking unutilized resources, and optimizing vendor rates.

- Investigate and address reasons for higher utility bills and ensure quality of work to prevent future expenses.

- Coordinate with HO operations and local authorities for timely execution of deeds and resolutions of concerns raised in meetings like RARC.
