Associate Manager - Facilities & Maintenance

Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance:

• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety, industry, and environmental regulations.

MHE, Lifts, and Escalators Maintenance Management:

• Oversee the maintenance of MHE, lifts, and escalators to ensure all equipment runs smoothly and supports production and logistics operations.

Preventive Maintenance Program Implementation:

• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:

• Lead rapid troubleshooting for equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain safe working conditions.

Spare Parts Management and Procurement:

• Oversee spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components for timely repairs and minimizing production delays.

Documentation and Maintenance Records:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and service reports using a CMMS for tracking.

Continuous Improvement of Equipment Performance:

• Identify areas to improve performance and efficiency, including energy-saving initiatives and technology upgrades.

Installation and Commissioning of New Equipment:

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper integration with existing systems.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience (Range of years):

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in maintenance management, specifically with MHE, lifts, and escalators, in an industrial or facilities management setting.
