Business Excellence Coordinator - Solar Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Lean Six Sigma:
• Coordinate & facilitate Lean six sigma projects with DMAIC methodology for Cell, Module, Ingot & wafer manufacturing
• Coordinate & help employees in use & selection of various lean six sigma, statistical & data analysis tools at appropriate phases of project with Minitab Statistical Software
• Lead the six sigma project from start to end in the identified yearly cycle to deliver targeted savings
• Responsible for preparation & circulation weekly MIS of project metrics & other BE reports on weekly, monthly basis to track & update the project progress to the Leadership team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate & work with solar manufacturing leaders from Production, Process, Maintenance, F&M &Technology functions for effective & timely execution of the projects
• Coordinate for weekly, fortnightly COP projects reviews, make & update related project presentations along with project leaders for leadership review meetings
5S, IMS & System Management:
• Establish, implement, and maintain IMS processes in line with ISO and legal requirements & support with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards.
Support SOPs compliance, IMS documentation, audit with focus on closing NCs & OFIs to ensure continued certification
Training & capability development:
• Conduct trainings, workshops and handholding on Structured Problem solving tools used in DMAIC phases
• Coordinate & conduct trainings on Minitab statistical tools
• Conduct Yellow Belt Trainings for project team members.
• Work with various departments to ensure 5S, AWMS, Lean Six Sigma & IMS integration across operations.
Continuous Improvement and Performance Optimization:
• Facilitate QC, Kaizen & 5S progress of all functions as per BE plan.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate methodology to enhance system effectiveness, drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma
• Coordinate for OPLs & for improvement actions awareness in the project areas

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree or relevant certification in Quality Management is preferable.
Work Experience (Range of years):
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quality management, continuous improvement, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
