DGM - Electrical Maintenance (MRSS)
- Manage Electrical maintenance activities for assigned Plant within the GPVC complex and drive to achieve maintenance excellence.
- Develop Maintenance strategies to achieve production targets.
- Ensure safe and accident free working environment, Ensure ZERO accident
- Coordination with stakeholders including operation, other engineering disciplines, Techno commerical, contractors, vendor, etc
- Training & Development of Electrical Team to develop their competencies and Sucession plan.
- Analyze the issues, risks, bottlenecks and provide forward path to overcome limitations and mitigate risks of the Plant.
- Support the maintenance team in technical challenges encountered in daily plans executions, shutdown/turnaround preparations and major maintenance projects.
- Responsible for Annual Plan & Budget of CAPEX and OPEX for Electrical Maintenance activities of assigned plant.
- Achieve production plan by ensuring Equipment availability through effective Preventive Maintenance , Plant Turnaround , skilled manpower and availability of critical spares.
- Continual improvement and cost optimization by introducing latest innovation and new method in Electrical Maintenanc
Educational Qualification :-
- Graduate/Postgraduate B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experiences:
- Having 15~20 years in Electrical maintenance of large scale complex in Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas
