General Manager - Techno Commercial
Responsibilities
EHS: Safety Culture and Compliance:
- Promote a zero-harm culture through safety training, awareness, and adherence to safety regulations. Address safety concerns promptly with corrective actions.
Innovation:
- Drive the adoption of advanced technologies and best practices to optimize site operations and enhance performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Lead the implementation of digital tools and data-driven strategies for site operations, improving decision-making, operational efficiency, and reducing downtime through real-time insights.
Organizational & Culture Building:
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure that teams consistently meet project milestones and operational standards.
Leadership in Change Management:
- Lead change initiatives, driving the adoption of new technologies and processes to optimize operations. Ensure smooth transitions by managing stakeholder expectations and achieving measurable improvements in site performance.
Ensure efficient MSPVL & MSEL inventory operations:
- Ensure reliable plant operations by reducing stock variance, improving warehouse management, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to meet budget goals.
Enhance company bottom and top line:
- Align award costs with internal estimates, manage discrepancies, and implement MRP for optimal stock availability and efficient inventory management.
Ensure timely outbound movements (Domestic/Exports):
- Ensure timely dispatch of domestic vehicles/containers and on-time export shipments. Maintain compliance with export obligations and licensing requirements.
Ensure Governance and Compliance in TC:
- Monitor PR to PO liquidation within SLA, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve vendor disputes quickly through effective communication and relationship management.
Succession Planning and Talent Management:
- Leading from the front & being accountable for the professional growth of your teams. Identify and develop successors for key positions through training and mentoring. Ensure training compliance and drive technological modernization to improve efficiency.

- Warehouse Team

- Contractors and Subcontractors
- Equipment and Material Suppliers
- Regulatory Authorities
- Clients and Customers
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil ).
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Operations, or a related field is desirable.
Work Experience (Range of years):
- Min 15-20 years of experience in techno-commercial roles, with at least 5 years in managing site operations in the solar manufacturing or construction industry.
