Job Role – Assistant Manager HR Operations & RecruitmentPosition: Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Recruitment
Experience: 7–12 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle onboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.
- Maintain HRMS, employee records, MIS, and HR reports.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and smooth HR functioning.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS handling.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
