Roles and Responsibilities Developing detailed Project Execution Plan  & Schedule Implement innovative ideas, methods, process to reduce the time and cost of the piping projects Prepare Welding Procedures and get it approved from Head Fabrication Shop before Fabrication work start Understand the needs of clients for piping jobs Coordinate various activities involved in piping jobs for smooth execution in terms of engineering, procurement, material consumable Establish and maintain MIS for Management reporting. Prepare and monitor budgets for the Fabrication Shop To organize team and assign them relevant work for which they would be responsible. Guide the team and timely resolve the queries of team members To ensure safe work handling and attending scheduled safety instruction. Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis and ensuring top most priority requirements of HSE. Educational Qualification:  Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related area, with a Master's degree preferred. Experiences: Minimum experience: 15-20 years in Fabrication Sector. Hands-on experience of handling at least two oil & gas project of same kind as Fabrication Manager. Defining Welding Codes & Procedures for Fabrication Experience in handing Piping Spools and Pipe Fabrication Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors  Must be proficient in computer usage including MS Office & Power Point.
