📍 Plant Location
💼 Experience: 7–15 Years
Looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage continuous tyre pyrolysis plant operations.
Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Production)
- Experience in continuous manufacturing/process industries
- Tyre Pyrolysis experience preferred
Responsibilities:
✔ Manage 24×7 production operations
✔ Lead production team & shift planning
✔ Achieve production and quality targets
✔ Coordinate maintenance activities
✔ Ensure safety, compliance & process efficiency
✔ Monitor PLC/SCADA and plant performance
✔ Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
