Job Description
Operational Management: Oversee daily production activities across both day and night shifts to ensure seamless transitions and optimal output.
Clean Room Supervision: Maintain strict adherence to Class 100,000 Clean Room protocols, ensuring all staff follow gowning and hygiene procedures to prevent contamination.
Production Planning: Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to manage raw materials (SMMMS, bi-laminates, tri-laminates) and meet delivery timelines for global markets.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products (Orthopedic, Neurology, Cardiology drapes, etc.) meet the rigorous safety and comfort standards required for surgical environments.
Technical Oversight: Monitor the performance of semi-automatic European machinery and custom-made pouch-making machines; coordinate with maintenance for "starting-up and adjustment" tasks.
Team Leadership: Manage a diverse workforce, providing training on European manufacturing techniques and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Cost Control: Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and ensure the production of economical yet effective medical solutions.
