Training Delivery - Green Energy

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver technical training programs focused on solar and wind energy technologies, ensuring alignment with the latest industry standards and innovations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted training modules to address specific operational challenges.
  • Lead the development of leadership and management training programs to enhance the capabilities of mid-level and senior managers.
  • Implement digital learning platforms and tools to facilitate remote and on-site training delivery, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through measurable outcomes, such as improved operational efficiency and reduced downtime.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

Manage the training budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience of 10+ years in training delivery, with a focus on technical and managerial skill development in the renewable energy sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing training programs for large-scale solar and wind energy projects.
  • Strong background in workforce development, with a track record of measurable improvements in employee performance and operational outcomes.
 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development is preferred.
 

Years & Type of Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in training delivery
  • Extensive experience in managing training programs

Domain Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of solar and wind energy technologies, including operational and maintenance aspects.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry standards and best practices in renewable energy training.
  • Expertise in workforce development strategies tailored to large-scale renewable energy projects.
