About the Role

Club Mahindra is looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives who can connect with potential customers, explain holiday membership benefits, and generate sales through outbound calling and lead follow-up.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, confidence in sales conversations, and the ability to convert leads into successful memberships.

• Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain Club Mahindra membership plans and holiday benefits
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Schedule virtual or physical meetings for the sales team
• Maintain customer database and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication

• Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of sales process
• Ability to handle customer objections
• Comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
