Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Commis (Commi 1, 2, and 3) to join our hospitality team at Namaste Dwaar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or basic knowledge in preparing Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, or Halwai cuisine, while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparation of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Halwai dishes
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food items
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marination, mise en place)
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Required Skills:Basic to good knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to maintain consistency in taste and quality
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen
• Eligibility Criteria:Experience: 0 to 5 years (depending on Commi level)
• Qualification: 12th pass or relevant culinary experience/training
