Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Solar Energy)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and closing sales in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial sites
Explain solar products and services to customers
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical team
Prepare and present quotations
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and inquiries
Required Skills:
Strong communication & convincing skills
Sales & negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of solar energy (preferred)
Field work readiness
Target-oriented mindset
Customer handling skills
Basic computer & smartphone knowledge
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in field sales preferred (Fresher & Experience both apply)
