Job Title: Guest Experience Executive

Location: Muzaffarnagar / Meerut

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Guest Experience Executive** to deliver excellent guest service and ensure a smooth front desk experience. The candidate should have a pleasing personality, good communication skills, and prior front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle guest check-in/check-out and front desk operations

* Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally

* Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction

* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service

* Maintain guest records and basic data on computer systems

Requirements:

* Good personality, grooming, and communication skills

* Experience in front desk or guest handling role

* Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

* Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude

Eligibility:

* Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field

* Age: 19 – 30 years

* Candidates willing to relocate or nearby preferred

* Freshers with strong skills can apply (experience preferred)
