Job Description
Housekeeping Supervisor – Namaste Dwaar Resort
- Supervise housekeeping operations of guest rooms, cottages, lobby, banquet, and public areas
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the resort
- Assign daily duties and monitor housekeeping staff performance
- Inspect rooms before guest check-in and maintain resort presentation standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping complaints professionally
- Maintain housekeeping inventory, linen stock, and cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and hospitality standards
- Immediate joiner preferred
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month
Duty Timing: 9 hours
Benefits: Accommodation & meals provided
Location: Muzaffarnagar
