Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations, lead our field team, and expand our wholesale network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring timely collections from the market.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and onboard new dealers, wholesalers, and institutional clients to expand market reach.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales executives, tracking their daily field visits and performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand to provide strategic feedback to management.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing key accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Credit & Collection: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments and manage the market credit cycle efficiently.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, including forecasting and stock requirement analysis.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (experience in Wholesale, Construction Materials, or Hardware is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with basic accounting or CRM software (like Tally).
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate high-value deals and close sales effectively.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively for field visits.
