Job Description: Telesales manager (Solar Energy)


As a Telesales manager, your goal is to spark interest in renewable energy and schedule consultations for our solar experts. You are the first point of contact, helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean energy while reducing their utility costs.


Key Responsibilities


Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.


Lead Qualification: Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy and determine if their property is a good fit (e.g., roof type, sunlight exposure, current electricity spend).


Appointment Setting: Persuade qualified leads to book a free site assessment or a virtual consultation with our Sales Consultants.


CRM Management: Accurately log call results, update customer information, and manage follow-up tasks in the CRM system.


Product Knowledge: Stay updated on solar technology, government incentives (like tax credits), and financing options to answer basic inquiries confidently.


Requirements & Skills


Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive, friendly, and professional "phone personality."


Resilience: Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain high energy throughout the day.


Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and basic VoIP phone systems.


Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or the solar industry is a major plus.


Goal-Oriented: A self-starter motivated by hitting daily targets and earning commissions.


Team management : Ability to handle team of 5-10 persons.
