Job Description
- Research and identify prospective clients, including builders, developers, architects, contractors, facility management companies, hospitals, hotels, schools, and commercial establishments.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, Field Generation,email campaigns, online research, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers and upcoming construction projects.
- Contact prospects to understand their requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to nurture leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion tracking.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at lead generation.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
