Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and commission electronic equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electronic products.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Repair and replace faulty components when required.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain service reports and update job completion records.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
- Follow company safety and service procedures during field visits.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical components.
