Job Title: Work From Home Telesales Executive (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring female fresher candidates for a work from Office Telesales Executives role. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada and comfortable handling outbound calls.
Requirements:
- Only female candidates
- Only Fresher candidates with no prior work experience
- Must speak Kannada
- Any education Qualification
- Must have a Android smartphone
- No fees or registration charges
- 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 25 outbound telesales calls daily
- Communicate effectively with customers in Kannada
- Share product/service information clearly
- Maintain call records and meet basic performance expectations
HR interview will be conducted at the office in offline mode only.
Training & Observation (First 10 Days)
- 5 days of training will be provided in virtual mode
- After training, 5 days of observation will also be in virtual mode
- Offline Job starts from 11th day (if selected)
Work Rules (After Training & Observation)
- Work timings are from 9:30am to 6pm
- Make 25 calls everyday
- Not done / no notice leave → Absent
