Job Description

Night Shift Only

The US Accounts Assistant will support day-to-day accounting operations for US clients, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good communication skills, and familiarity with US accounting practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain bookkeeping records in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare journal entries and month-end working papers
  • Assist in payroll processing and payroll reconciliations
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and client records
  • Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Coordinate with senior accountants and US clients for accounting queries
  • Assist with tax season workpapers and compliance documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
