Job Description

Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping

Handle sales, purchase and expense entries in Tally

Prepare GST workings and coordinate return filings

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

Monitor cash flow and daily collections

Maintain stock and purchase records

Prepare basic MIS reports and monthly financial summaries

Coordinate with management, auditors, and consultants when required

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of invoices and documents
