AI & Automation Junior IT Engineer

We are an early-stage AI and automation startup building innovative solutions focused on AI applications, business automations, workflow systems, and technology-driven operations. Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-driven Junior IT Engineer who is willing to learn AI technologies, automation systems, and application development with minimal supervision, mentorship, or guidance. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about technology, creative problem-solving, and building real-world AI solutions.

You will work on AI projects, automations, internal IT systems, application testing, implementation of new technologies, and organizational IT support. This role is designed for someone who wants long-term growth, leadership opportunities, and hands-on startup experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement AI technologies, automation tools, and business systems
• Assist in building AI applications, internal tools, and workflow automations
• Research, test, and deploy new technologies and software solutions
• Support office IT infrastructure, user systems, software, and troubleshooting
• Help automate business operations, reporting, workflows, and repetitive tasks
• Work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision
• Collaborate on startup growth initiatives and technology strategies
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency
• Document technical workflows, systems, and implementation processes
