Aviation Trainer / Aviation Instructor

Job Summary

The Aviation Trainer conducts classroom and practical training sessions on aviation subjects, grooming, communication skills, airline procedures, safety protocols, and customer service. The trainer helps students become industry-ready by improving their professional knowledge, confidence, and interview skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver training sessions on:
• Cabin crew operations
• Airport ground handling
• Aviation safety and emergency procedures
• Customer service and hospitality
• Grooming and personality development
• Spoken English and communication skills
• Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and group discussions
• Train students on airline etiquette and professional conduct
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback
• Maintain classroom discipline and attendance records
• Support placement activities and interview preparation
• Ensure training follows aviation industry and DGCA standards
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of aviation industry practices
• Confidence in classroom handling and public speaking
• Grooming and personality development skills
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• Aviation, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism background preferred
• Cabin crew or ground staff experience is an advantage
• Training or teaching certification preferred
• Experience 0–3 years of experience in:
• Aviation training
• Cabin crew operations
• Airport ground services
• Soft skills training
• Freshers with strong aviation knowledge and communication skills may also apply in some academies.
